Hello to all Kiwanis 08/09 Club & District Officers and all
KY-TN Members ---- the District Office will post an article on
the Web every quarter just like we were printing in KT Notes.
All officers, committee members and members can find the components
of the 2008-2009 Directory on the Web one copy has been
mailed to the Secretary of each club if your election report was
submitted with up to date information.
Please make sure your secretary has access to the KiwanisOne program
to submit club reports every month by the 10th. All clubs
who reported online for all 12 months of 07-08 and answered the
extra questions on the September report have fulfilled the requirements
for the 07-08 Annual Club Report. If you did not report
online (for the 12 months) you will need to do the Annual Club
Report online.
NEW! We will post CLUB OFFICIAL
ENDING MEMBESHIP NUMBERS in the next few weeks (this is your 08-09
starting number).
NEW!! We will also report each
clubs total "end of year" statistics report will
be posted to Web the beginning of November. This report
will be posted on a quarterly format for the year 08-09.
CLUBS send your deletes and
new members to Kiwanis International when they happen. Please
send your payment (70) for new "adds" with your paperwork.
CLUBS look at your membership
rosters at billing time and make corrections before returning
to Kiwanis International. YOU WILL BE BILLED BASED ON THIS
NUMBER!!! Group ONE invoices have been mailed to clubs.
CLUBS have your officers been
trained? take advantage of the new "online training"
have you approved your budget? have you done your
audit for last years financials?
CLUBS remember that the Lt.
Governor in your Division is a great asset to answer your questions
and help your club. The District committee chairmen are
also listed to help your club. If you have questions that
you still need help with, please e-mail the District Office. Vivian
Heaton or I will find the person who can answer your questions.
