Thanks to all the Kiwanis members who worked so hard at the International Convention in Nashville. I am very PROUD to be in the KY-TN District. Now it is time to get registered for the District Convention in Lexington, KY. Get your hotel room booked ASAP and send in your Convention Registration. you will find info on the Web or ask your club secretary for information.
 
It's hard to believe but there are only three months remaining in this administrative year.

Club Officers, have you:

1. Submitted all monthly reports?
2. Sent in the Club Election Report?
3. Set up officer installation date with the incoming Lt. Governor?
4. Reminded the incoming President and Secretary to attend training?
5. Held a membership drive?
6. Checked how your club is doing towards being a Distinguished Club?
7. Sent in your Delegate form for the District Convention?
8. Made plans for the annual audit of club books?
9. Checked that the club's annual report was filed with the State?
10. Sent in all dues and new member fees to Kiwanis International?
11. Sent in your memorial card to the District with pictures?

Please make sure that all information on the KiwanisOne Reporting Site is up to date with correct officer names, phone numbers, email addresses, and correcting meeting locations/times.

THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT!!!!
PLEASE TAKE TIME TO CHECK YOUR INFORMATION AND MAKE THE APPROPRIATE CHANGES.
