All Kiwanians are invited to the MidYear conference to be Feb 13 - 14, 2009 at the Crowne Plaza Knoxville, 401 W. Summit Hill Drive, Knoxville, TN 37902.
Full Registration for the conference, includes the registration fee and three meals. If postmarked by February 2, 2009, registration is $95.00 per person. After 2/2/09, registration is $110.00 per person. Send your registration form to the District Office at: KY-TN Kiwanis Office, 1035 Strader Drive, Suite 150-1, Lexington, KY 40505 with your check. Our goal is to have as many clubs as possible represented this year at Mid-Year Conference.
There will be Club Leadership Education (CLE) Training for 2009-2010 Club Presidents and Secretaries. Please indicate on your registration form if you are planning to attend the Club Leadership Education (CLE) Training so there will be enough training materials on hand. Presidents and Secretaries - notify your incoming officers for 2009-2010 of the chance to get a jump start on their training. If a Kiwanian is attending CLE training only, the fee will be $30 for the training which includes lunch the conference registration fee will be exempted if attending CLE training only.

be made directly with the Crowne Plaza Knoxville by calling (865)
522-2600 prior to January 21, 2009. Room reservations made after
January 21, 2009 will be provided on a space available basis.
The room rate this year is $92.00 plus taxes. Current tax rate
is 17.25%.
