From the EAST via I-40 W keep LEFT to take TN-158 W / JAMES WHITE PARKWAY via EXIT 388A toward US-441 S / DOWNTOWN / UNIVERSITY OF TENNESSEE / JAMES WHITE PARKWAY, take the EXIT toward SUMMIT HILL DRIVE. THE CROWNE PLAZA is on the RIGHT.

From the WEST via I-40 E, take the US-441 S / HENLEY STREET EXIT 388 toward DOWNTOWN, take the TN-62 ramp toward WESTERN AVENUE / SUMMIT HILL DRIVE, turn LEFT onto WESTERN AVENUE / TN-60, WESTERN AVENUE becomes W SUMMIT HILL DRIVE. THE CROWNE PLAZA KNOXVILLE is on the LEFT.
