- Discuss Plan for Sponsoring Key Clubs, Builders Clubs and KKids

Meeting 7 (Charter Night Final PlanningWork Session) PO Week 7
Hold this work session if needed. Charter Night committee leadsthe discussion
to ensure that all activities have been planned and will be executedas planned.
NCB/Sponsoring Club interfaces with this committee throughoutthe planning and execution process.

Meeting 8 Charter Presentation Celebration(tentative) PO Week 8
- Plan date to be about 8 weeks after club is organized;
- The Governor must approve Charter Night Date.
- Form Charter Night Celebration Committee (3 members or more)
at Initial Board Meeting and No Later Than PO #1 Meeting.
- Plan to hold Roundtable in place of weekly meeting for memberswho cannot attend.
- Send Invitations to all guests and members no later than 21days before the event.

Meeting 12 (Club "How Goes It"Evaluation) PO Week 12
- Program (Specialist conducts Member Analysis)
- Identify strong points and weak points (Sponsoring club shouldparticipate)

The club discusses the results of the "How GoesIt" evaluation at the next regular meeting based on the feedbackreceived and the depth of prior planning for the service projectsand fundraising projects. This discussion should provide theBoard with sufficient membership views to formulate the finalAnnual Operating Plan.

Meeting 13 (Review Finding of "HowGoes It Evaluation") PO Week 13
"How Goes It" Finding are reviewed, discussed, andActions determined.
Club operations, candidate Service and Fundraisers Projects arefine-tuned as needed.
Responsible: New Club Builder/Lt. Governor/DesignatedSpecialist

Meeting 14 (Joint Board/Weekly Meeting Workshop#3) PO Week 14
Sponsoring club, NCB and Lt. Governor should attend this boardmeeting; Club
finalizing Strategic Objectives and the Annual Operating Plan. President prepares
BOD agenda. A simple Annual Operating Plan format is availablefrom Terrell Horne.

Club President prepares weekly agenda in accordancewith Club Programs and Activities and Policies and Proceduresset by the club. If it is going to be, it is up to me!
